It still as not arrived, still waiting after ordering 8 weeks ago, you sent an email on 1st April, saying it was on its way, probaley an april fools joke, bit like this company total joke

This item was a complete scam. I paid around £50. My item I received is completely different to what is shown online. It also turned up completely the wrong colour. I’ve reached out to customer support for a refund, but no one has come back to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM

How dare you ask what I think. The delivery for the 4 so called cashmere sweaters took over a month and when they finally arrived, they are polyester. I've tried contacting you but have not received any response!
I have not received my product and have received no reply to my emails.
I placed my order on 3rd February after the website advertised fast UK delivery via Royal Mail. On 10th February, I requested cancellation. The next day, I was sent tracking showing only a shipping label created with a CHINESE courier (YunExpress).
The website claims a UK warehouse and UK shipping, but the tracking indicates it would be dispatch from CHINA. This is misleading.
I have reported the matter to UK consumer authorities.
Nothing like photographed. No return label in parcel,no communication when I tried.plenty when they want me to rate them,rubbish DO NOT buy from this company.

I have been trying to contact your company for days but all my e-mails have been returned. I wish to return the red coat for refund. It is not fit for purpose. Although the style and fit are very nice ,but the coat material is very light weight and no way would keep me arm in the winter, Could you therefore let me know your returns policy please as I wish to return this coat as soon as possible so that I can put this money towards another coat, Many thanks, Mary Halveyt

Terrible quality product and took two weeks to arrive, missing Chirstmas. I feel this site is a scam as the quality of the product was grossly misadvertised.
It wasn’t the same as the picture. Different fabric and lots of stitching.
